Learnings
Design for Context
AI should never feel generic. By tuning into the user’s workflow, it can surface guidance and suggestions that feel timely and relevant. Context makes intelligence useful—and without it, even the smartest system risks becoming noise.
Design for Momentum
Users lose energy when they need to translate insight into action themselves. By reducing steps and offering one-click execution, the co-pilot keeps them in flow, turning guidance into immediate outcomes. Momentum is preserved, and productivity feels effortless.
