Ideation
Our journey began with the idea of the orb, a symbol of wholeness, simplicity, and life. From there, we explored how to distill this concept into its purest form: a design element that feels inherently human. We focused on creating something intuitive and approachable, one that doesn’t just exist on screen, but seems to gently respond, connect, and communicate with the user, bridging the gap between technology and human experience.
Designing for Natural Interaction
Our interfaces should feel like a helpful companion: simple, intuitive and human, without ever feeling cold, mechanical, or overly technical. Every interaction is designed to make users feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Building a Visual Identity That Feels Alive
Our visual identity extends Sprinklr’s DNA: fresh, friendly and built for motion. It complements the core brand without distraction, introduces a warm, approachable character, and uses expressive animations to guide users intuitively. The tone is clear, humble, and empathetic, making interactions feel natural and human.
AI Mascot Design Principles
Our mascot feels alive and approachable by moving naturally and adapting its form to fit context and mood. It reflects subtle emotional cues that foster empathy, while always radiating warmth, authenticity, and a human-centered personality.
Where Motion Meets Emotion
A gentle, animated glow in warm oranges, calm blues, and a touch of green sets the tone with warmth and ease. The balance of orange and blue conveys friendliness and reassurance, while the green accent adds a natural, grounding presence. Together, this subtle interplay of motion and color creates an uplifting atmosphere. It’s an AI that feels like more than a tool: a pilot, an assistant, and a trusted friend.

Learnings
Design for Context
AI should never feel generic. By tuning into the user’s workflow, it can surface guidance and suggestions that feel timely and relevant. Context makes intelligence useful. Without it, even the smartest system risks becoming noise.
Design for Momentum
Users lose energy when they need to translate insight into action themselves. By reducing steps and offering one-click execution, the co-pilot keeps them in flow, turning guidance into immediate outcomes. Momentum is preserved, and productivity feels effortless.
Design for Trust
Presence should feel reassuring, not intrusive. A subtle, always-available entry point builds confidence while respecting focus. This balance, visible but not demanding, creates trust in both the AI and the experience as a whole.
